| In 2004, the famous writer A. Jodorowsky proposed Ciruelo to do a comic story together.
At first Ciruelo refused to accept since his skills where developed on the illustration field and
comic art requires different concepts. Eventually Ciruelo accepted since he had always
admired Jodorowsky's work in all its manifestations: comics, movies, esoteric literature,
psicomagic workshops, and so on.
Then, Jodorowsky decided to write a story based on the
dragons' world created by Ciruelo using many existing pieces of the artist.
This story was published in the book ASTEROIDE HURLANT, by Humanoids, in France in 2006. and in The Jodorowsky Library published in USA in 2022. |
